Staff sign-in
Authorised staff can connect Microsoft or Google to their CRM account. We use the provider’s account identifier and email address to recognise that connection and control access. We record changes to connected accounts in our security audit history. We do not request access to email messages, calendars or files for sign-in, and we do not retain provider access tokens. Staff can disconnect a provider in My account or contact us for help.

We use your data to:

- Contact you about your enquiry and follow up on proposals
- Deliver installation services and aftercare support
