We help you decide whether a battery belongs in your system — and how much storage you can use.

Capacity is only part of the picture.

A battery has an energy capacity, measured in kWh, and a power limit, measured in kW. We look at both. A large capacity does not necessarily mean it can run all your appliances at once.

Tell us the panel and inverter details if you have them. We need to understand the existing equipment before recommending how storage should connect. A photograph of the equipment labels is a useful starting point.

Compare the extra cost.

We consider the electricity available to store, your evening use and your tariff. Any savings estimate needs to allow for losses and the battery’s operating limits. We will discuss the assumptions, not just the headline figure.

Ask about backup explicitly.

Do not assume a battery will power the house during a cut. Backup capability depends on the equipment and installation. Tell us which circuits matter to you so we can discuss that requirement separately.

What should the quote include?

Battery model, usable capacity, inverter compatibility, installation position, electrical work, controls and warranty terms. We also discuss access for maintenance and any future expansion you have in mind.
